Mark Heaton<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Senior Ecologist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Mark brings extensive knowledge in fish and wildlife biology, wetlands management, natural heritage system planning and species-at-risk conservation. Mark is intrinsically motivated in protecting Ontario’s natural heritage, providing science-based recommendations to avoid or mitigate environmental impacts from urban development, aggregate extraction, and infrastructure projects. His work supports the implementation of strategies and plans such as the Provincial Fish Strategy, Species Recovery Plans, Fisheries Management Plans, and Municipal Official Plans. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kethra Campbell-Heaton<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Geomatics Specialist <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kethra is a highly qualified Geomatics Specialist with a focus on landscape ecology. Her expertise lies in advanced mapping and modeling, with specific focus on landscape analysis and habitat assessment. As a physical geographer, Kethra has a strong background in hydrology, cold-climate environments, and climate change. Currently, Kethra is completing her Ph.D. at the University of Ottawa. The dissertation investigates permafrost thaw due to climate change and its associated local hydrological effects. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

She contributes to professional documentation, digital content, and workflow support to help deliver clear, credible, and client-focused project communication. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
